Reservations are not required. March 3rd, Saturday, (12-6 p.m. ) – Spring Barrel Tasting. Barrel Tasting is truly the most spectacular event at Vartanyan Estate Winery. It is that time of year where we open our doors for you to visit the winery and sample our current wines from the barrels. During Barrel tasting you would be able to taste the wines we plan to release in spring of 2012. We will create a Bordeaux style blend - a blend of the classic Bordeaux varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. You will taste those and other wines straight from the barrels and the blend. We will ask if you like the straight wines or the blend more. The one that will be the most unforgettable to everyone, will be the one getting bottled for May Spring Release. We are hoping that you will walk away from this experience and say “I am a wine lover, and I know how to create a wine”. On April 7th you are welcome back to bottle your own bottle of wine, that to be chosen for spring release. Fee is $ 5 .00 per person and is waived with the purchase of wine per person. After March barrel tasting we will know what wines are to be bottled for Spring Wine Release and the bottling is scheduled in April. Come to bottle your own bottle of wine, using bottling line machine, cork and capsule it, put the label. Special prices for the bottles you bottle yourself. Reservations are not required. May 4,5 & 6th , (12 p.m. - 6 p.m.) – Wine Spring Release. Wine Spring Release at Vartanyan Estate Winery. Taste our new wines! Reservations are not required. July 23rd, Saturday, 6 p.m. –Concert at the winery: Pretty Little Feet. Bring your favorite lawn chair, picnic and come join us for some wonderful wine and music . Suggested donation is $ 5.00 (all of which goes to the singers) Must be 21+ to attend. We are scheduling the summer concerts at the winery. Please, check our website later for additional concerts. Russian traditional drink. This drink it just about everywhere in the Europe. The Germans call it “Glühwein” ("glowing -as in heat, not light- wine"); the Dutch “Gløgg”(“heated”), the French "Vin chaud", (“heated wine”), the Russians "Glintwein" and it's made warm, and will be done using our own Trilogia 2008 wine with honey, cinnamon, lemon... Only two ways to describe it: delicious and unforgettable. Come to the Tasting room, bring your friends and have a cup of this wonderful warm wine drink!
