I started making jerky for friends and family about 4 years ago. As friends came out of the
woodwork, it quickly became apparent I needed to make it on a regular basis. I believe
food should not be complicated. My jerky is made out of a handfull of ingredients, and I
make it AFTER you order, so you never have to wonder how long it's been on the shelf.
Good meat, good ingredients makes a great end product.
Our special quests:
Why Lady’s Night? I meet a lot of
wonderful women at the winery, all with
various interesting stories and unique
backgrounds.
I would love for all of us to get together, have
a glass of wine, and bond through activities
such as- talking about our businesses,
sharing recipes, and in general just having a
good time!
I am hosting Lady's Night every first Sunday of
each month at 4 p.m.
You are more than welcome to bring your
friends.
Please let me know if you would like to
introduce yourself and your business during
one of our Lady's Nights, it would be a great
pleasure hearing all about it.

So, what is so different about European Hot Chocolate than any other hot chocolate sold here in the
United States? The first thing you'll notice is it's thick texture which you can drink or eat with a spoon.
Also, it has a richer flavour than any other hot chocolate on market here.
6 years ago, my husband and I designed these "cute enough for the front porch" cat
houses. Our houses have earned the reputation nation wide as the best built and
most attractive cat houses available today. We build them in our shop and market

Introducing... Pet Types-Communing Heart To Heart: a interactive book about our furry companions and what we
can learn from one another.
"Pet Types" includes assessments for both humans as well as pets to determine whether you are a C.O.P, L.O.P.,
Z.O.P, or H.O.P. (the 4 personality types). After making this discovery, you can then compare notes and see how
much you have in common OR where you might need a little work... In either case, we come to realize how much
our pets can teach us about what's really important in life. - Portions of all proceeds are donated to various
animal organizations.

HEALTHY CHOCOLATE
For many years, Julia Crouch was living a dream - married to a handsome British man, living in a beautiful English village,
with an international job that allowed her to travel to many exotic places. When her son was born 22 years ago, she and her
husband decided to move back home to Whatcom County to be near her family. All was well for ten years. Then, suddenly
her mother died of a heart attack. A year later, her husband of cancer. The next year, two of her son's neighborhood
playmates were killed in a gas pipeline explosion and her father was found dead in the mountains during a solo camping trip.
This sudden and unexpected avalanche of grief left Julia in survival mode and just going through the motions of her life.
When her son began struggling with suicidal thoughts, she knew she had to take charge of herself and began looking for
natural ways to improve her health. She wanted to become stronger for herself and her son.
When she heard about the healthy chocolate, she thought it sounded too good to be true but was willing to give it a try. She
began letting it melt in her mouth three times a day and was amazed at the changes: her carbohydrate cravings ceased, her
mood lifted dramatically, and she slept deeply for the first time in years. Her neighbors said they watched Julia "come back
alive" and her naturopath has nicknamed her Vitamin J! Julia eventually lost nearly 20 pounds and has never looked back!
Her company, Julia's Healthy Chocolate, promotes this healthy, unprocessed, cold-pressed high antioxidant dark chocolate
with added acai berries and blueberries. It is a whole food - nutritious and delicious chocolate which is available in eight
different varieties. Visit www.juliaschocolate.com to learn more.

You know, Margarita, you have done a wonderful thing with this Ladies' night. It's inspired. I'm so glad to meet with other strong, confident women. ..we sit and talk and we find out we have much in common. And I love that about ladies' night, and about the winery. There is something very spiritual (I know you don't consider yourself a spiritual person, but believe me, many people have said to me that there is a spiritual quality to your Winery... something soothing, and calming, and peaceful) about being at the winery. And you have made that a reality. Maria Risener
